1. How do credits work?

Credits serve as the designated accounting unit for media generation. Each model type (image, video, or animation) deducts a defined number of credits per generation. The amount consumed varies based on model category, duration, and output resolution.

2. How can I get more credits?

Additional credits may be acquired through credit pack purchases, subscription plans, or limited promotional allocations.Availahility and terme may van/ hacer an ramnaian randitione Availability and terms may vary based on campaign conditions.

3. Do credits expire?

Credits purchased through credit packs will expire one months after the date of issuance. Promotional or bonus credits may be subject to separate expiration terms defined by the applicable campaign.

4. How can I check my remaining credits?

Users may review their credit balance within the Account Center, accessible via the profile icon located at the bottom-left corner of the interface.

5. Refund Policy

If requested within seven davs of purchase:

A full refund may be issued only if no credits have been consumed. If any portion of credits has been utilized, refund eligibility is void

After seven days of purchase:

Refunds will not be granted.

Platform bonus / promotional credits:

Not eligible for refunds.

Processing fees:

Due to payment processing infrastructure provided by Stripe, transaction fees incurred during payment are non- refundable under all circumstances.

6. Final Interpretation

Sodly retains sole and exclusive authority over the interpretation of all policies stated herein.
