Account information: name, email, password (hashed), company name, role, locale/time zone.

Billing information: billing address, tax/VAT information, payment method token(s) and transaction records (payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we typically do not store full card numbers).

Support & communications: messages to support, survey responses, feedback, and attachments you choose to send us.

User content ("Content"):

  • Inputs you upload or submit to generate outputs, including photos, product images, logos, brand guidelines, scripts, prompts, voiceover text, and other creative assets.
  • Brand Kit / brand assets you provide or authorize us to access (e.g., brand colors, fonts, style references, product catalogs).
  • Outputs generated by the Service (e.g., marketing videos, variations, thumbnails, captions, storyboards).

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect:

Usage data: features used, generation events, clicks, session duration, referring/exit pages, performance metrics, and errors/crash logs.

Device & technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, language, and approximate location derived from IP.

Cookies & similar technologies: as described in Section 7.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from:

Authentication providers (Google/Apple, etc.).

Connected services you authorize (e.g., website, ecommerce store, cloud storage).

You retain all rights to your Inputs. Outputs are provided to you according to our Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to any Content you upload.

5.2 No General Model Training (Customer Commitment)

We do not use your Content to train general-purpose AI models.

We may analyze Content only to:

Provide the Service (generate outputs, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues).

Improve Soldy features and user experience, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Your Content is never used to build or train external or public models.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the Service.
  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

You may delete Content within the platform. Backup systems may retain data for a limited period.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies to:
