Soldy Credits are the standard usage unit on the platform. When you create content through chat, storyboards, or other creation tools, credits are automatically deducted based on the selected model, generation duration, resolution, and other applicable settings.

You can earn credits in the following ways:

By subscribing to a plan: You receive a fixed monthly allocation of credits, valid for 30 days.

Through free and bonus credit programs, including:

• Weekly Credits: Automatically refreshed every Monday at 00:00, valid for 7 days.
• Invite Bonus Credits: Earned when invited users successfully register, valid for 30 days.
• Exploration Bonus Credits: When creating videos with Soldy, you may receive Exploration Bonus Credits at certain intermediate steps. These credits are valid for 30 days.
• Super Creator & Event Bonus Credits: Issued through specific community programs or promotional campaigns. The amount and expiration period are subject to each campaign's rules.

⚠️ Credit rules, bonus policies, and reward programs may be adjusted at any time based on operational needs, with or without prior notice. Soldy reserves the right to update and interpret these policies at its sole discretion.

⚠️ During free usage, anti-abuse and anti-automation protection mechanisms are enabled. Usage policies may be dynamically adjusted to ensure platform stability and fairness.

Soldy offers flexible monthly and yearly subscription plans, each including a set amount of credits for chat, image generation, video creation, music, narration, and editing.

When you upgrade your subscription:

• Your previous plan is charged only based on the credits used;
• The remaining balance is automatically applied to the new plan;
• You only pay the prorated difference;
• Your new billing cycle starts from the upgrade date.

Yes. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

• Promotional benefits take effect immediately upon subscribing during a promotion period.
• If you cancel your subscription, promotional benefits will be removed.
• If you re-subscribe within the same promotion period, remaining promotional benefits may be restored.

You may upgrade at any time: Starter → Basic → Pro; Monthly → Yearly.

To cancel:

1. Go to the subscription page
2. Click "Manage Subscription"
3. Select "Cancel Subscription"

You may continue using your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. The subscription will then expire and will not renew automatically.

If you have not used any generation features (including LLMs, image, video, music, or narration generation) after your most recent payment, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

If a generation fails due to a system issue, the corresponding credits will be automatically refunded.
