Soldy Credits are the standard usage unit on the platform. When you create content through chat, storyboards, or other creation tools, credits are automatically deducted based on the selected model, generation duration, resolution, and other applicable settings.
You can earn credits in the following ways:
By subscribing to a plan: You receive a fixed monthly allocation of credits, valid for 30 days.
Through free and bonus credit programs, including:
⚠️ Credit rules, bonus policies, and reward programs may be adjusted at any time based on operational needs, with or without prior notice. Soldy reserves the right to update and interpret these policies at its sole discretion.

Soldy offers flexible monthly and yearly subscription plans, each including a set amount of credits for chat, image generation, video creation, music, narration, and editing.
When you upgrade your subscription:
Yes. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may upgrade at any time: Starter → Basic → Pro; Monthly → Yearly.
To cancel:
You may continue using your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. The subscription will then expire and will not renew automatically.
If you have not used any generation features (including LLMs, image, video, music, or narration generation) after your most recent payment, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
If a generation fails due to a system issue, the corresponding credits will be automatically refunded.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
