Soldy Credits are the standard usage unit on the platform. When you create content through chat, storyboards, or other creation tools, credits are automatically deducted based on the selected model, generation duration, resolution, and other applicable settings.

You can get credits in two ways:

• By subscribing to a plan: Each plan includes a fixed monthly allocation of credits, valid for 30 days.
• Bonus Credits: From time to time we issue Bonus Credits through partner, creator (KOL), and marketing campaigns. The amount and expiration period follow each campaign's own rules.

⚠️ Credit rules and bonus programs may be adjusted at any time based on operational needs, with or without prior notice. Soldy reserves the right to update and interpret these policies at its sole discretion.

⚠️ Anti-abuse and anti-automation protections are always enabled, and usage policies may be adjusted dynamically to keep the platform stable and fair.

Soldy offers flexible monthly and yearly subscription plans, each including a set amount of credits for chat, image generation, video creation, music, narration, and editing.

When you upgrade your subscription:

• The new plan is charged in full and starts a fresh billing cycle;
• Credits you have already received stay in your account;
• If you upgrade from a yearly plan, the value of any unissued (future) months on your old plan is automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Yes. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

• Promotional benefits take effect immediately upon subscribing during a promotion period.
• If you cancel your subscription, promotional benefits will be removed.
• If you re-subscribe within the same promotion period, remaining promotional benefits may be restored.

To upgrade: Open the upgrade panel and choose a higher plan. You can move from Starter → Growth, step up to a higher Growth tier, or switch Monthly → Yearly at any time. Need more than Growth offers? Pick Custom to talk to our sales team. (Downgrades and switching from yearly back to monthly aren't supported.)

To cancel or update payment: Click "Edit billing" to open the billing portal, where you can cancel your subscription or update your payment method.

After you cancel, you keep your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. The subscription then expires and will not renew automatically.

Important: Please read carefully before purchasing. Once you start using the service, you are deemed to have accepted the terms below.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, and no credits or refunds are issued for partially used billing periods. After you cancel, you keep access to your paid plan through the end of the current billing period.
